STUDENT GRANTS

ISOPHOS-MAPHEBIO School offers a number of Student Grants to assist Students in attending the school and presenting their work. Grants cover registration and hotel fees.

To submit a request for a grant, fill the registration form specifying your presentation type (talk, poster or 5 minutes presentation) and attaching the abstract in PDF format.
All submitted abstracts will be considered.

ONLY STUDENTS THAT WILL PRESENT THEIR WORK WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR GRANTS ASSIGNMENT

Accomodation is available in single, double or triple room.

CONDITIONS

The Participant Registration fee includes exclusively the following items:

  • full access to the school and the exhibit area
  • didactic material
  • breakfasts, lunches & dinners
  • coffee-breaks
  • excursion
  • social dinner
  • accommodation in Villaggio Telis Arbatax in single or shared apartments
  • bus transfer from Cagliari Elmas Airport to Villaggio Telis Arbatax (forth and back)

The Accompanying Person Registration fee includes exclusively the following items:

  • breakfasts, lunches & dinners
  • social dinner
  • accommodation in Villaggio Telis Arbatax in shared apartments
  • bus transfer from Cagliari Elmas Airport to Villaggio Telis Arbatax (forth and back)

 

Other transfers except the one listed above is not included in the registration fee.

Once the pre-registration is confirmed, the bank codes will be sent by email, in order to complete the registration.

Reservation will be confirmed only upon reception of the payment of the total amount.

Bank transfers must be net of all bank charges and must specify
the name of the participant and "ISOPHOS 2017" as subject

All changes will be and must be notified by fax or e-mail. The organizers will not accept changes by phone.
