CONDITIONS: The registration fee includes exclusively the following items: school handouts, accommodation in Ventotene (4 nights) in shared room, transfer from Formia harbour to Ventotene Island by ferry (forth and back), welcome lunch, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, 6 complimentary coffee-breaks, excursion, social dinner, farewell lunch. Reservation will be confirmed only upon reception of the payment of the total amount. A limited number of single rooms is available with an extra fee of 150 euros.

In order to guarantee a high quality of tuition and accomodation, the number of participants is limited.

In this respect, all registrations are subjected to confirmation by ISOPHOS2012 organization.

Cancellation policy: Registration fee (75%) can be refund only if notification is given in writing prior 30 working days the conference date. After this date, the registration fee will be not refunded. Other transfers except the one listed above is not included in the registration fee. Room availability can be only guaranteed for reservations received before April 29th, 2012. All changes will be and must be notified by fax or e-mail. The organizers will not accept changes by phone.
